SiteTIDY is a solution for this, reducing the above process to just 2 steps.

SiteTIDY is a clever app that allows an user to capture reportable issues on –site by completing a form on the phone with details of the issue, photographic evidence using the phones camera, action to be taken and a deadline.

This process takes less than 60 seconds.

The clever bit is our web based software. This allows all of your forms to be accessible to managers as soon as they are sent.

Based on the information completed on the form, our software then notifies only the relevant people of the issue, via email and SMS, and records their action to the notice. It also sets a deadline for the issue to be resolved, and sends reminders if this deadline is passed.

Giving managers the ability to view the status of all notices, live, overdue, awaiting sign-off and complete gives a complete view of the SiteTIDYness of your site, be that a hotel, a garage, a building site, aircraft, ship, or any other commercial property.
